Meditation
Meditation is the cornerstone of techniques brought to us by Paramhansa Yogananda, because it is the way for each individual to have an actual experience of the divine presence within themselves. Meditation gives meaning to everything one does and develops concentration, so essential for success in every activity. It expands a person’s world view and enables them to cope better with the stress of life.
The question is not whether to meditate, but how to develop a life-changing practice of meditation. True meditation is a way to commune with the divine within one’s self. In order to touch this deep, inward place, it is invaluable to learn in a calm and focused environment. We offer you the practical, in-depth approach to meditation brought to the West by Paramhansa Yogananda. These techniques can take you beyond relaxation to a profound connection with your own highest self.
The goal of meditation is superconscious realization: the realization of who and what you are in your highest spiritual reality. In fact, rather than acting as an escape from reality, meditation enables one to fully enter into reality and to truly enjoy life.

Kriya Yoga
Kriya Yoga a technique of pranayama (energy control) taught by Paramhansa Yogananda and described in his spiritual classic, Autobiography of a Yogi. When practiced during meditation, Kriya greatly accelerates one’s spiritual progress. Yogananda said that “Kriya, controlling the mind directly through the life force, is the easiest, most effective, and most scientific avenue of approach to the Infinite.”
